The service

PartyVeil lets an organizer create a personalized browser-based game show, invite a partner to answer questions and run a live game for guests. Features may evolve while the product is in early access. Guests and partners normally do not need accounts.

Accounts and organizers

• Organizers must provide accurate account information and keep access to their email secure.
• You are responsible for activity in parties created through your account.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country. The organizer product is not directed at children.

Your content and other people

You keep ownership of the names, stories, answers, photos and videos you provide. You give PartyVeil a limited permission to host, process and display that material only as needed to provide and protect the service.

• Only upload material you have the right to use.
• Tell invited partners and participants how their information will be used where appropriate.
• Do not upload unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or deliberately humiliating content.
• Do not use PartyVeil to harass a person or expose secrets they would reasonably expect to remain private.

Free previews and paid access

The builder and demo may be offered free. A paid PartyVeil is a one-time purchase for the party and features shown at checkout; it is not a subscription unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. The price, currency, taxes, access period and included features will be displayed before payment.

Availability and party-night responsibility

We work to keep PartyVeil available, but internet access, device compatibility and third-party services can affect a live event. Organizers should preview the show and test the host device before the party. We may maintain, change or suspend parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly if a paid show cannot be used as described.

PartyVeil intellectual property

PartyVeil's software, design, branding, templates and original game content belong to PartyVeil or its licensors. You may use the purchased show for your private event but may not resell, copy, scrape or commercially redistribute the service.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. You may stop using PartyVeil and delete your parties at any time.

Liability

PartyVeil does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, third-party connectivity failures or user-provided content. Our total liability relating to a paid party will not exceed the amount paid for that party.
